The artist would like to give these works ample time for polish and adjustments in case of things going awry.}*^{Base price character sheet includes a rendered front view, flat colored back view and three flat colored facial expressions.
Anything else minor can be discussed and negotiated to be included in the base price.
(client may choose the specific expressions.)}**^{Base price character concept art includes on average 3-4 different iterative versions, up to anywhere between 5-10 iterations, based upon the clients specifications.
These iterations will all be done in rough lines and flat colors.
The amount of different iterations depends on how many references are provided to the artist.}

DO's
• Aside from the "DON'Ts", anything is possible when provided with enough references by the client.
In fact, more references = more favorable results.
• SFW/NSFWDON'Ts
• Realism/hyperrealism(it's what cameras are made for. ;P)
• Art styles of other artists/creators
• Extreme ends of fetishes(up to the artist to judge what's possible to do.)

• Paypal only.
• Half(rounded up) or full payment upfront before any work on the commission starts.
• Work updates will be provided regularly(1~3 days) and when asked.
• No major changes are allowed after sketch phase.
• Keeping in contact during the work process is a must, failure to respond in timely fashion regarding to the commission, WILL result to the commission being delayed by (a) day/s. (worst case, no response for a month, the commission is canceled without refund.)
• The completed work will only be sent to the client after the artist has received the full payment. (the client will receive a low resolution preview of the completed work, prior to paying the full price.)
• The artist is allowed to share the commissioned work publicly unless discretion is asked for.
• 3 free revisions are provided on the completed commission. (such as fixing errors/mistakes. this will not be the artists priority during work hours.)
• Further revisions beyond the initial 3 need to be discussed, payments may be involved.
• The artist can refuse service for any reason.
• Requesting the "rush order" of an already half or fully paid commission can be accepted or declined at the artists discretion.
• Commercial works need to be discussed. (prices, payments, usage, etc. will be discussed and anything else related to commercial rights.)
• Refunds must be requested BEFORE progressing past the sketch phase, where a 25% (rounded down) of the base price is kept by the artist. Additional charges are fully refunded. Refunds not available to sketches, nor any additional charges tied to the sketch commission. Should the commission progress past the sketch phase, refunds of any kind will be declined.
• Regarding "rush order" refunds, should the artist fail to deliver the rush order upon the agreed date, all additional charges including the rush order charges are fully refunded. Only the base price of the commission is kept by the artist, the completed commission will still be delivered at a later date. This refund is not available to sketches.
• Full refunds can also happen when the artist is unable to finish the order for whatever reason.
• By ordering the artists services, the client agrees to have read and accepted this terms of service.
